The Church at Antioch is a community of Believers offering a life giving experience that will Transform People and Impact Communities. The SUM Delta Bay "cohort," located in Antioch, California, operates in partnership with SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary to enhance the distance education that SUM provides. SUM is a fully accredited Bible College that is training men and women to proclaim Christ throughout the cities of our world! At the SUM Delta Bay cohort you will be able to gather with like-minded SUM students in a dynamic classroom environment while fulfilling the SUM experiential ministry and spiritual training requirements via the practical hands-on ministry training and transformational mentorship provided by SUM Delta Bay.

PASTOR CHRIS WILLIAMS
In ministry since age 17, Pastor Chris Williams born in San Bernardino, California, he hales from a line of Pastors. His grandfather, the late Bishop M.L. Williams and his father the late Pastor M.J. Williams provided Pastor Chris Williams an atmosphere conducive to him being able to heed the call of God for his life.
He has been afforded the privilege of receiving formal theological training at several institutions to include California Baptist College of Riverside, University of LaVerne, Patten University of Oakland and in fall 2004 received a Masters of Theology Degree from Faith Seminary.
One of the high points of his life came at age 19, when he was called to pastor his first church, United Community Church in Ontario, California; Bestowing upon him the honor of being the youngest Pastor in the state of California. Formerly serving in southern California afforded him the opportunity to serve under the dynamic leadership and tutelage of Dr. Kenneth Ulmer, Author and Senior Pastor of Faithful Central Bible Church of Inglewood, California.
During his 30 years of ministry he has been blessed with the privilege of ministering both nationally and internationally to churches throughout the country to include Africa and the Middle East. Pastor Chris has also served as the City Director of City Team Ministries a national organization that serves over 500,000 people yearly; providing homeless shelter, daily meals, drug recovery, medical care, career coaching educational advancement and various other community outreach programs. Pastor Chris has also served on numerous community Boards and community organizations.
In January 2015 Pastor Williams was led to plant The Church at Antioch one of the fastest growing churches in the Bay Area and has served as its Pastor since that time. He and his lovely wife, Emery along with their children Merkell and Evan reside in Antioch, California.
Edgar serves as an associate pastor, operations administrator, and small group leader at The Church @ Antioch. He’s a native of Richmond, VA with a B.A. in Political Science. Edgar walked away from his 9-year career in the U.S. Army and pursued his calling as a minister. He began receiving formal theological training from Freedom Bible College & Seminary and was ordained and licensed as a minister in 2005.
He is currently pursuing his M.Div. in Pastoral Ministries at Liberty University. Edgar truly has a servant’s heart with aspirations of someday becoming a senior pastor. Edgar’s passionate about encouraging others in their spiritual development, helping them to overcome barriers in life.
