LEAD PASTOR GLENN DORSEY
Glenn Dorsey has been the Lead Pastor at Open Arms A/G for over 30 years. Prior to Open Arms, he traveled as a full-time evangelist for four years and pastored three other churches.
He has led Open Arms into a strong missions vision resulting in feeding, clothing and educating children overseas and building churches in Africa, India, and Mexico. He’s overseen the establishment/construction of two, fully-furnished houses for our missionaries to live in while they are on furlough.
Pastor Dorsey has established an Emotional Healing Ministry that has reached across denominational boundaries and conducted seminars on the subject at home and abroad. He has authored two books, “Out of the Snare of the Fowler” & “Father Me”.
For years he’s hosted conferences (Gear Up), mentored pastors and is a spiritual father to ministers in the U.S. and around the world. It is his heart’s desire to pour into the next generation and train them in the School of the Spirit.
Kenny has attended and served at Open Arms faithfully from a very young age and is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. Prior to becoming the Associate Pastor of Open Arms, he ministered as the head of the media department. His wife, Alicia, continues to minister as the MPACT Kid's coordinator.
Kenny and Alicia have been married since 2010 and actually met while attending the youth group together at Open Arms. They now have a son named Bradley, age 4, and are expecting another child in July of 2018. Both Kenny and Alicia are passionate about serving and strive to support the community and church they love. They are excited and believe that God has extraordinary things in store for Open Arms and SUM-Beebe.
