Visionary Leadership

PASTOR MIKE CAMPBELL

Trinity’s Lead Pastor is Mike Campbell. He and his wife Jaida came to Trinity immediately after graduation from Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma in August of 1991. Pastor Mike began his career at Trinity as a Senior Associate, overseeing the leadership of over 40 ministries, many of which were newly formed to help facilitate the growth of the church. Twelve years later and fortified with an abundance of teaching, compassion, and a love for people, Pastor Mike became Trinity's Lead Pastor.

Over the years, some of his main efforts were the formation of an Outreach & Evangelism Program, as well as Healing School. The Evangelism Program, equipped with a ministry truck, became a vital part of the church appropriately called “Taking it to the Streets.” Healing School began as an effort to teach and minister the compassion and truth of God's Word to those who were sick, as well as assist those who desired to grow in their knowledge and understanding of God’s will for healing.

Pastor Mike has always strived to instill the importance of reaching the lost and the prodigals via mission endeavors both locally and abroad. He has led mission endeavor teams, construction teams, and tours to various countries, where many have been saved and healed through his teaching.

Jaida has many accomplishments of her own. She is a graduate and an ordained minister of Rhema Bible College, and is currently an Educator in our public schools system. She is also the Director of Trinity’s Little Champion’s Ministry of which she authored and compiled the program’s curriculum, growing it into an accomplished ministry. She also ministers at various ladies conferences, both home and abroad.

Cohort Advisor

RICHARD FARLEY

Pastor Richard Farley, and his wife Camille, are both graduates of Rhema Bible College. In addition, Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies through Global University; he has completed all courses in the Institute of Jewish Christion Studies, and is currently working on his Master’s degree in Christian Education. Pastor Richard is the current Christian Education Director, Major Events Director, and Children’s Pastor at Trinity.

Together, Richard and Camille have been instrumental in the development of Trinity’s successful Small Groups Program. In addition they have established many children’s programs at Trinity, such as Trinity’s After-School, Mother’s Day Out, and T-n-T Day Camp programs. Richard was actively involved in the start-up of Trinity’s Upward Sports Programs, including Flag Football and Indoor Soccer.

The Farleys have also implemented what we refer to as “big events;” occasions such as Trinity’s annual Couples Retreat, Family Days, New Year’s Eve Explosion, Church Picnic, Fourth of July Community Celebration, and many others.

In addition to his normal responsibilities, Pastor Richard’s diversity is obvious. He has a passion for teaching Bible History, but is equally comfortable when directing a construction mission trip across the globe. He has led and worked with teams building churches in Kenya, Uruguay, Costa Rica, and Chile.
