Adjunct Faculty Application Teach up to 40 students on applied theology, biblical studies, biblical languages, general education and/or theology. Cohort Advisor Oversee, advise, and recruit for one of SUM's cohort sites. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, and willingness to relocate. Full-Time Any one of SUM's Cohorts
Institutional Research Ensures satisfaction of (a) accreditation requirements on institutional effectiveness and assessment of student learning outcomes, and (b) requirements to legally operate in various states. Responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting data pertinent to SUM. A graduate degree in social/behavioral science, education, educational research, evaluation, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education. Advanced knowledge of institutional effectiveness methods for higher education. Experience with administering assessment programs especially that of student learning outcomes, accreditation, compliance and research. Advanced knowledge and skill in computer usage: database design and operation, spreadsheets, and familiarity with basic statistical analysis. Knowledge of theological ministry training preferred. On-Campus Maintenance This position requires basic electrical, mechanical, and maintenance knowledge. In addition, the applicant must be a self-starter who will observe areas needing attention in campus buildings and grounds, and under the direction of the business office, be able to proceed with those tasks. Receptionist The receptionist serves as the first resource for students, parents, businesses, staff and faculty. Answering inquirer’s questions and directing them to the right resource is essential to the success of the institution. High school diploma and at least 1-year of office/clerical experience. V.P. of Finance / Chief Financial Officer Direct the fiscal functions of the ministry in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Oversee the financial health of the organization and clearly communicate the financial position of the organization to the Executive leadership team and the Board of Directors. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Master’s degree preferred from an accredited institution. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). At least 10 years of experience of progressive accounting and finance experience including 5 years of management experience. Experience with higher education institutions.
