|Director of Financial Aid||Manage all aspects of the Financial Aid department; serve as the administrator of all Title IV student assistance, state, institutional and private funds to include Veterans Assistance and Vocational Rehabilitation Programs; ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations; manage SIS's Financial Aid Module and Student Portal.||Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (business, counseling), Master's degree preferred; experience with CampusVue, EDConnect, COD, CPS, NSLDS and other FSA systems necessary; 5+ years of experience within a Financial Aid office; Microsoft Excel; previous supervisory experience; knowledge of state and federal financial aid requirements; cross-training in Registrar and Student Accounts preferred; knowledge of SIS System configurations and conversions a PLUS.||Full-time||El Dorado Hills, CA, USA|
|Librarian||Acquire and organize information electronically and in print, and provide educational resources to all students and faculties.||An ALA accredited M.L.S. degree (or equivalent), and at least 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in an academic library setting. |On-Campus Maintenance||This position requires basic electrical, mechanical, and maintenance knowledge. In addition, the applicant must be a self-starter who will observe areas needing attention in campus buildings and grounds, and under the direction of the business office, be able to proceed with those tasks. |Receptionist||The receptionist serves as the first resource for students, parents, businesses, staff and faculty. Answering inquirer’s questions and directing them to the right resource is essential to the success of the institution.||High school diploma and at least 1-year of office/clerical experience.||Full-Time||El Dorado Hills, CA, USA|
|V.P. of Finance / Chief Financial Officer||Direct the fiscal functions of the ministry in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Oversee the financial health of the organization and clearly communicate the financial position of the organization to the Executive leadership team and the Board of Directors.||Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Master’s degree preferred from an accredited institution. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). At least 10 years of experience of progressive accounting and finance experience including 5 years of management experience.
