When will the refunds be processed?

Once you have completed all steps in the financial aid application process from the FAFSA through the VFAO (Virtual Financial Aid Office) process, you will receive an Award Notification with the anticipated disbursement dates.  Award must be actively accepted before funds will be disbursed.   All financial aid funds are received by the college and processed within federally required timelines.  

It is our goal to get the refunds to the students as quickly as possible which is usually well within the required deadlines. Every effort will be made to have a check in the mail to you within 14 days after the anticipated award date. After that time frame, an inquiry to the Business Office would be appropriate.  Repeated inquiries do not expedite the process.  Questions regarding the status of refunds should go to the Business Office.
