My classmate told me that she did not have to register in 9 PE classes because she already took one PE class in another college before joining SUM? How come I am required to take so many PE classes?

One Physical Education (PE) class in most colleges is equivalent to 3 credit hours. This is not the case with SUM. In SUM one PE is equivalent to 1/3 of one credit. Three (3) PE classes =1 credit hour. To complete the 3 credit hour requirement for a SUM student to graduate from undergraduate studies, the student must register in nine (9) Physical Education Classes.
