Paton Vaniah Besaleel Kanuparthy, coming from Andhra Pradesh, a Southern State of India, is currently pursuing his PhD studies (in the Department of Theology and History) at South Asia Institute of Christian Studies (SAIACS), Bangalore. He has also been teaching at SUM since 2020 as an Adjunct International Faculty. Along with theological degrees like the M.Th. and M.Div., Paton also attained secular degrees like MBA and BTech (2006). He married Lolita Lobo in August 2014. Having a work experience in seminary, church, para-church, and social welfare organizations, Paton envisions seeing the world structures, especially Christendom, being transformed to the measure of Christ’s love, life, teaching, and service.
